Nancy O'Neall
heads PSW’s communications team, bringing two decades of Washington
experience to the task. Over that period she has covered a host of
issues, from natural gas deregulation in the 1970s to electricity
deregulation in the 1990s. Before joining PSW in 1999, O'Neall was
the Senior Policy Analyst at Bradley, Woods & Co., providing
institutional investors around the country with research and analysis
on Washington issues. This included monitoring legislation dealing
with taxes, trade, the federal budget, health care,
telecommunications, and banking, as well as providing analysis of
national political developments. Prior to joining Bradley, Woods,
O'Neall was the Associate Director for the State of Texas office in
Washington, D.C. During her 10 years with the state office, she
covered a wide range of issues, keeping state officials up to date on
Congressional actions. O'Neall is active in a number of
Washington organizations, including Women in Government Relations and
Women in Housing and Finance. She received her B.A. degree in
journalism from Texas Christian University, where she was elected to
Phi Beta Kappa. |
