Nancy O'Neall has over three decades of legislative experience in Washington. Before joining PSW in 1999, O'Neall was the Senior Policy Analyst at Bradley, Woods & Co., providing institutional investors around the country with research and analysis on Washington issues. This included monitoring legislation dealing with taxes, trade, the federal budget, health care, telecommunications, and banking, as well as providing analysis of national political developments.

Prior to joining Bradley, Woods, O'Neall was the Associate Director for the State of Texas office in Washington, D.C., where she worked with the Texas Congressional delegation, members of the Texas Legislature, and state officials to advance issues critical to the state.

O'Neall is active in the Tax Coalition, an organization of professionals involved in federal tax policymaking, and is a past co-chair of the group.  She is also a member of Women in Housing and Finance.   She received her B.A. degree in journalism from Texas Christian University.
