Patricia E. Silva serves as PSW's chief researcher and
business liaison in Miami, Florida.
Silva joined Public Strategies Washington in 2008.
Previously, she held the position of Associate Manager for
Political Affairs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In this
role, Silva was responsible for providing political research
and analysis to the organization's national political
director. She also managed the U.S. Chamber’s Public
Affairs Committee, a committee that oversees the Chamber's
involvement in federal elections. Silva's responsibilities
included updating local members on the Chamber’s political
activities as well drafting communications for the U.S.
Chamber’s online grassroots advocacy program.
Silva graduated magna cum laude from Florida International
University with a B.A. in Political Science. She earned her
M.A. in Politics from New York University in 2005,
specializing in American politics and political
methodology. Silva is a native Spanish speaker.
