Patrick J. O’Neill is Director of Government Affairs at PSW, working with a variety of clients on issues relating to financial services, health care, appropriations, energy, tax, and trade.

Prior to joining Public Strategies Washington in 2007, he spent three years as Manager for Political Affairs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.  In this capacity, O’Neill directed the Committee of 100, a coalition of top trade association member CEOs.  He also managed grassroots efforts within the U.S. Chamber’s federation of small businesses.  Before that, O’Neill was Deputy Director of Transportation for the 2004 Democratic National Convention, and a Trip Director for the Kerry for President Campaign.

O’Neill earned his B.A. in Political Science from Duke University in 2003, and is a candidate for his International Executive M.B.A from Georgetown University.
